Last week, our Training Centre Manager David Mulholland headed to Seawork 2025 — Europe’s leading commercial marine and workboat exhibition, held at Mayflower Park in Southampton.

The event brought together thousands of professionals from across the maritime sector to explore the latest tech, training, and opportunities shaping the future of our industry.

David was there to represent Stream Marine Training, flying the flag for the wide range of courses we deliver — from STCW and GWO training to our specialist programmes designed for today’s (and tomorrow’s) workforce.

While there, he:
⚓ Connected with current and future training partners
⚓ Explored the latest innovations in digital learning and simulation
⚓ Soaked up insight from conference sessions on safety, sustainability, and workforce development

“Seawork was a brilliant chance to catch up with industry colleagues, explore emerging trends, and make sure SMT stays ahead of the curve in how we deliver training,” said David.

We’re proud to have been part of Seawork 2025 and we’re already looking at how we can apply what we’ve learned to strengthen the way we support the commercial marine industry.
