The STCW Proficiency in Crisis Management & Human Behaviour course provides seafarers with an understanding of shipboard emergency procedures, controlled emergency response and the knowledge on how to safely control passengers and personnel during an emergency. This STCW course is a blend of practical experience and theory development in crisis management which is taught over the one-day course.

- Photographic ID (A Government issued, photographic proof of identity on the day of the course and this should take the form of either a valid Passport or a driving license or a valid discharge book).
