Stream Marine Training offer Entry into Enclosed/Dangerous Spaces training courses from our Glasgow Airport Training campus or on the clients’ premises and can travel to vessels or offshore platforms to carry out the training.
The STCW 2010 BASIC Training in Oil & Chemical Tanker Cargo Operations course focuses on the understanding of function and competence on board an oil and chemical tanker vessel. Seafarers will be able to; take hazard precautions, apply occupational health and safety precautions and measures, carry out firefighting operations, respond to emergencies and take precautions to prevent pollution of the environment from the release of oil and chemicals tankers.
The STCW Passenger Safety, Cargo Safety and Hull Integrity Training for RO RO Passenger Ships course focuses safe working procedures on Roll On Roll Off (RO RO) passenger vessels. It covers safe loading and unloading of the vessel, cargo securing, the safe carriage of dangerous goods and how to operate hull openings, such as bow and stern doors and ramps.
