          Who is this course for?

Stay compliant—and calm—under pressure with our STCW Crowd Management Training (Table A-V/2), the IMO-approved safety course required for masters, officers, ratings, hotel & catering crew, entertainers, pursers, retail staff, security personnel and anyone who may assist passengers during an emergency on cruise ships, ferries or ro-pax vessels. This focused programme teaches you to control passenger flow, lead musters, communicate clearly in multiple languages, manage special-needs travellers, operate evacuation systems and resolve high-stress situations—skills drawn from SOLAS drills, real-world casualty reports and the latest crowd-behaviour research. Aligned with the 2010 Manila Amendments and updated to reflect recent large-scale passenger evacuations, the course blends interactive simulations, role-play and case studies so you can move crowds quickly, safely and without panic at sea or in port.

Why enrol? Port-state control, flag-state auditors and cruise-line vetting teams require a current STCW Crowd Management certificate for all passenger-ship personnel; without it you risk being denied boarding, delaying sailings and jeopardising contracts. Completing this training proves you are ready to protect lives, support the vessel’s muster plan and uphold the company Safety Management System—boosting your employability across the global passenger-shipping sector.
